Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout based on your location.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Digital Products

Due to the personalized and AI-generated nature of our service, all sales are final once the video generation process has begun.

6.2 Technical Issues

If technical issues prevent video generation:

We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
If unresolved, we will issue a full refund

Specific artistic style preferences
